Event on issues in Goa... problem areas

Dr Fatima Gracias of the Research Institute for Women, Goa sent in an invite. They're having a panel discussion on "Important Issues in Goa today--problem areas". It will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2006 at 5.30 pm at the Riviera (Opposite Hotel Mandovi, in Panjim). Participants, says the invite, are journo Ethel Da Costa, academic Rahul Srivastava, campaigner (and former student leader) Roland Martins and Joel da Silva. The discussion will be moderated by writer (and man of many roles) Victor Rangel Ribeiro.
